Communion by Nina Danino is a portrait of a young girl filmed by cinematographer Billy Williams BSC, creating a silent, translucent image, which draws on the paradox between beauty as iconic, secular glamour and as religious interiority.

Thursday 22 October 6.30-8pm:

“Art, Cinema and the Soul” a discussion including Nina Danino (artist), Sarah Cooper (writer, lecturer), Ewan King (Minister of Heath Street Baptist Church), Gilda Williams (curator, art writer and critic). Heath Street Baptist Church, London. Followed by drinks.
